The embroidery was subpar. It seemed as if the artwork was slanted somehow. The "K"s in KLIK didn't line up on th bottom. However at this price we were very pleased. Hi, I liked the blanket but I had two concerns. The color was not the same as shown on the website and it was shown with a strap and at no time during the order process (I worked with a very nice person at Branders) was I told that the strap was not included. This disappointed me greatly when I received the product. I had to spend several hours tying the blankets with string.- Heather R., -

The blankets arrived promptly. The packaging of these blankets were of poor quality as the boxes had punctures in them with some of the blankets poking through. I was told by 2 people that these blankets would come rolled, strapped and in cellophane which they were not. I called Naomi and after her talking to her boss, said they would issue 11 call tags from UPS via fax on Tuesday and as of Thursday at 2:45pm. I still haven't received them.
