Our sales rep, Arthur, was great. I will gladly do business with you again due to his excellent service and attention to our order. I have already spoken with him about the quality of the product...we had 27 out of 150 units that were damaged in some way (misshapen, compass didn't work, off centered, etc.). Arthur graciously said he would contact the manufacturer and see if they will send us another 27 units to replace the faulty ones.
