Jeff, here in lies the issue I have with Branders; I am a VAR and I submit Packing slips with my PO's with specific instructions to drop ship blind. My customer received a previous order with Branders labeling on every box. When I brought this to Red's attention, she assured me that it would not happen again. When it did, I email pictures of the shipment showing Branders labeling on every box. i asked that someone contact me to address this issue and I've yet to hear from Red or anyone else. Difficult to really judge at this point. I have given out only a few waiting for the special activity that will arrive in December. The only complaint that I have had so far is my personal pen.
