The logo embroidery was fantastic. Jendy did a great job communicating with me, and kept me up-to-date at all times. The product arrived one day before promised, so I was thrilled with that. The one big down side was the quality of the stitching on the blanket. The velcro strip that holds the blanket closed was stitched to the blanket with a VERY flimsy stitch and the strength of hold of the velcro rips the stitch WAY too easily.
