We liked the colors and how the product looked overall. We were not as impressed with the fact that when we designed the product and got it to look how we wanted, the team that places the logo and text on the rulers, placed it where they wanted. When I requested for the logo and text to be placed where I wanted, I was told that it may not be possible. Our rep got them to make an exception and space it out some so that it didn’t look so scrunched together, but we were still not 100% happy with it (we had an extremely nice rep though. She did a very good job of making sure to email me back when I asked questions on the order, and getting them to make the exception that they did make). Due to the fact that we had already paid for the rulers and were in need of the rulers for a conference, which they did not arrive in time for, we had no choice but to accept the changes they were willing to make.
