The pen itself is excellent quality but who in the world other than a teacher grading papers or a bookkeeper would order 300 pens with red ink? The calendars were as we expected but again with the wrong phone number and missing the web address. The mouse pads were Ok. I was expecting something thicker. Further, the phone number was wrong again and the logo was off-centered. The mouse pad imprint is slightly raised which catches on the mouse bottom itself. I would suggest clear coating to eliminate this issue. Was all this your fault? Or our fault? Let's drop the blame game. But sending a proof without a phone call is part of the problem. In the future I would highly recommend making the phone call and then sending the proof or vice versa. Someone on your end needs to go over what has been agreed to and I say your end because people like me do not do this function everyday.
