I am very unhappy with the quality of the product. The logo is so tiny as to be completely illegible. There is no way that I can send these out to my customers. I realize that I approved the proof, but it is very difficult to understand the physical appearance of the scissors and the size of the logo on them until receiving the actual scissors. When I received the scissors, I was appalled. I contacted Grace Villanueva and asked for help. She did offer a couple of alternatives to reprint the scissors (one would be to print a second logo in black on the reverse, and the other would be to reprint the scissors entirely, but using a black scissor with the yellow logo). However, I do not feel that either idea will work, since in both situations the logo size would not change, and so I do not feel these options would work. I am now stuck with 250 scissors, at a cost of about $500, that I cannot use for my customer gifts and will have to just throw in the trash. I feel that I should be offered a credit on the original order - not necessarily a cash refund, but perhaps a credit to be used on my second order 2355222. I am willing to just send the scissors back to you or whatever needs to be done to get some type of credit.- Lynda V., Rancho Dominguez, CA |
