I love the product overall and so did our associates! A few things that could have been better ... I did not now that there was not a string or hook on the ornament. I had to run out and get a bunch and tie them on myself before our holiday party, I wish that had been noted. Also, I had asked for silver FOIL for the imprint and thought it would be shiny like the mylar on the inside. What I got was metallic silver ink which I'm not crazy about. It still looks very nice, it just wasn't what I was expecting.- Michele Y., Appleton , WI
