I liked that my sales rep Francis really took the time to help me come up with the perfect image. He really listened to me and worked with me until I had it exactly the way I wanted. When my order originally arrived, the logo was printed in the wrong direction. I sent Francis an email and he called me back within minutes. He worked it all out, was very helpful and immediately sent my product back to production for reprinting. Even though my order wasn't what I wanted originally, I really feel like the problem was handled in a considerate and competent manner and I never felt uncomfortable with any part of the process. I think the true test of a company is how things are handled when they go wrong, not when everything goes right. Francis took charge of the situation and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted.
