The Image looked great, but we would have liked to make it larger on the football. We weren't able to enlarge it or else the logo et al would be distorted, as I was told. Claudio did a great job and was very patient with all my concerns and emails back and fourth. He sold us a good product and respected our need for fast shipping and guarantees. He also followed up a lot to make sure we were ready to move forward at each step in the process. He did not make me wait for answers and he was direct about what my choices are each time we spoke. There were no hidden agendas and I was incredibly pleased with his knowledge and execution of our order. The one thing that was tough was there was a little bit of a language barrier between us and I was concerned he didn't understand my questions and concerns at the beginning. It definitely contributed to all the emails going back and fourth because I wanted to be sure all my questions were addressed and that took a long time.
