The battery on some of the units were inoperable or very short lived - Jim S., Casper, WY 4

My ratings would be higher except for a key detail. I ordered flashlights with my company logo. The flashlights look great. However, every flashlight I've tried appears to be non-functioning. I don't know whether the batteries or dead or the bulbs are bad. It's also possible I am overlooking something obvious. I assume it works by screwing the bulb tighter against the battery, but maybe there's a way of working the flashlights that I'm overlooking?
