I liked the clarity of the logo the most. However, I was disappointed that your graphics department couldn't work with the artwork as it was submitted. We've never had any difficulty with the artwork before. The end result is a deviation from the actual logo.- Darlene F., Athens, TX

Tape measures were fine. We also order USB drives & lanyards recently. USB drives were also fine but I was told the USB could go on the lanyard and I really don't think that is accurate because the lanyard has a wide tab (for a badge) while the USB hole is very small. Alex said it would work. Also, the USB drives actually came with their own lanyards but these lanyards don't have my companies info so I really don't want to use them. If I had known the lanyards would not work with the USB drives I either would not have ordered them or ordered ones that would work. I have no use for the lanyards that I just bough because of this. Please work with me on credit or providing lanyards that work. Thank you. Normally, Alex is great to work with & knows his stuff. This one didn't work out so well.- Nate S., Nashua, NH
