This is an excellent, high quality product. However, some of the people who received it thought it was defective because they tried it, and it didn't work. The reason was that they did not know to first remove the wax coating from the tip of the ball point before using the pen. And so, I removed the wax coating from all of the pens before distributing them. I am very happy with this product.- Robert D., Gold 4 Good
