I like the feel of the pen and the color was perfect for what I needed. The actual quality of the pen has been hit or miss in terms of writing. I wasn't thrilled with what I was able to have imprinted and the online layout function wasn't really helpful as it showed most of the imprint on the white background as opposed to on the item.- CRISTYLE W., Charlotte, NC
