We're not big fans of these pens. They have a unique modern look but at least 1/3 of tops popped off. Our shipment contained dozens of the metal caps just floating around in the box. They write well enough but after sitting in storage for six months, many of them dried up.- Kraig, Charlotte, NC

I wanted blue ink, as mentioned in emails. I got black ink. That's really important. I will have to check with my local printer and see if they can do them with blue ink. First, know that I'm not here to bash Branders. Working with Nikki was a pleasure, however, the pens I ordered (black - translucent) are not what arrived. Folks find what they want and then expect what they want, yes? In this case, due to conditions out of Branders and Nikki's control, I am stuck with pens I'm not thrilled with. Under these circumstances what can you do, you know? You provided a discount, which although didn't satisfy me, was the only course that could be worked out. It is what it is. Will this one bad experience keep me from coming back to your door to purchase more products? No...because your customer service is outstanding. Nikki handled things very professionally, tried to satisfy me and she was also very kind. I'm currently unhappy, but anyone would be, yes? However, I do appreciate the steps taken to mediate my unhappiness AND I appreciate Nikki's handling of things...especially the immediate responses to my concerns. So thank you Nikki AND Branders!
