My sales rep was very professional and helpful. I was dissapointed at the size of the font on the sunglasses. She sent me a sample, however, when I zoomed in to see it, it looked ok. I just didn't put it together that the logo would be so so small. I also asked if the glasses were adult size and the gentleman that I talked with said yes.
