The product itself was cool-looking and fit well for our needs (a trade show). The only thing that wasn't great was the fact that the new products (measuring tape with our logo screenprinted) had scratches in the plastic of (even though each one was individually packaged). It would have been nicer if each product had no scratches, but they were fine for our needs overall.
