The intent behind procuring the wide barrel Tropic Pen was so that our LOGO would have more space to be well presented, as there were a few lines of imprint. Though there was an error in the first shipment, Branders did well to see that we were satisfied by having the order re-done. Nikki was absolutely excellent. I had such a small window to turn this around and only did because of her hard work and I am so appreciate. She is an excellent CS Rep. I do not think the post-its were as bright/colorful as I have gotten elsewhere. I also would have liked colored pens in blue but Nikki really didnt have time to make it happen and discuss, which is not here fault AT ALL!! I am a touch disappointed in the mousepads as they were to be exactly what I had gotten elsewhere but the line on top is quite low and looks not so good. Great job to Nikki though. The printing on the pens was black ink. The color of the pens was much darker than shown on the web site and the printing could not be read easily. The order was picked up and another set was printed with white ink which was acceptable.- Melvin R.
