When I requested a sample, I received a price quote. Just before ordering I noticed the price had gone up on the website. I inquired about the price difference, and was given a little bit of discount, but still did not receive the original quoted price. Once my order was placed, I noticed the price had once again changed, but this time it went down. I had already provided a Purchase Order, so I was obligated to pay the price.
