My only problem when I placed my last order was the the estimated shipping quote from the internet site was way off. I had to absorb some of the difference because I quoted my customer the lower rate. Dan Guzon did help me with a little discount as he said is was the systems fault. Overall Dan has just been great to work with, he has given me a lot of great information on a timely manner. I will continue to work with him on future orders.
