I ordered your mugs and I very satisfied. I order 500 pens and was not satisifed at all. Once you start writing the pen will stop. You have to shake it and some will and some won't write. I am not happy with that because we give them to all of our customers.- Glenda G., Memphis, TN

We purchased the Troyon pen in the smoke and the blue colors when the pen was specially priced. The style is really attractive and I also liked the colors, but the pen itself is not that comfortable to hold -- even with the rubber grip. Also, the imprint area for the logo is really small -- the imprint area should be larger so that a logo is more visible. I would consider buying these again only if they are on special. The service from Branders was excellent. (Wish I could rate the Branders service separate from the product!!!)- Beverly
