We were very satisfied with products except for the badge reels. The first one out of the box that I had shipped to my supervisor for dissemination to his team was broken. I'm working from home this morning, but will go in to the office to test the others. I gave Mary Grace a heads up about the items, and received her immediate response with an offer to rectify. That was excellent. The other item I don't care for: the boat bags. A little less quality than I was expecting. Items we love: The executive pens. The flash drives. The key holders. Umbrellas. All excellent quality. Much of my dissatisfaction comes from my own inexperience in ordering items of this type. I think I'll know to order better quality items in the future. Though I miss our original contact at Branders, DJ, Mary Grace has been very accommodating and helpful.
