The product was as expected. The imprint was a nightmare. First I was told that a blue color would show up well and it did not. Next your so called "production team" recommened a silver color over a hot pink color that I suggested. I went with the silver since the "production team" should be more knowledable than I am and the silver does not show well either. Very disatisfied with the whole deal.- Louise T., Tulsa, OK
