Who are we?Branders was founded in 1999 by four friends in the San Francisco Bay area. It has grown and evolved a lot since then, but one of our founders, Jerry McLaughlin, still runs the company. Traditionally, promotional products have been sold through catalogs or traveling sales representatives. Branders was the world's first online promotional items company and we are also the largest online, with hundreds of employees spread across four countries and more than 100,000 customers. Is there anything that really makes Branders different than its competitors?Yes! Our prices. We're really proud of our prices. We charge about 20% less than our online competitors-and offer even greater savings compared to our offline competitors. How do we sell for so much less?As the largest online seller of these products we have lower costs than our competitors and we pass those savings on to you. Are Branders products high quality?We source our coffee mugs, tee shirts, and all other items from the same suppliers as do other reputable promotional products companies. Our prices are lower, but the products are the same. We provide free samples of everything we sell, so you can test the quality for yourself. Where are Branders offices?We're headquartered in Mountain View, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley. We also have offices in China, The Philippines, and Mexico. Who are Branders' top customers?Branders has put more logos on more products for more online customers than anyone else in the world. We've even handled orders for the White House! We've done projects as big as $700,000, and as small as $75.
About 25% of our more than 100,000 customers own their own businesses, large and small. We also have many customers who work for nonprofit organizations.
