Where can I find out how much my order will cost?

We have a Price Calculator built-in on every product page in our store. On the right hand side of each product page you will find the options menu where you can pick the imprint color you want for your item, the production method, the design you want placed, and the quantity of items you want to purchase. An estimated price of your order shall appear along with the date you can expect the items to be delivered.

What are Imprint Colors?

The Imprint Color is the color that we will be using to print your chosen artwork/design/company logo on the items. If you are planning to use more than one color for your artwork just click "Add Another Print Color" to get access to a couple more options. If you want full color prints, you can select either "CMYK" or "Full Color" production method (subject to availability). You can also opt to have your logo altered to simplify the number of colors you would like it printed as.

What if I don't have an artwork ready?

If you do not have your own design or graphic art to upload, we have a wide selection of fonts and clip art that you can choose from for the design of your item. Our predesigned images can be used free of charge. Plus, you can also let us help you edit and customize your clip art design to make them more suitable for your specifications, or have our art department make any changes you would like.

Can I request for changes to my items once I've ordered?

If you want anything changed in your order, please contact our customer support service ((844) 806-1306) as soon as possible. Once the production process has begun, no other changes may be made to your order.

How will I know when my order will arrive?

You will be asked to specify a desired production time and a preferred shipping method when you place your order. The estimated delivery date provided on the item's web page will provide you with a reasonably accurate timeframe for the delivery of your items. For the most part, it takes around 7-10 business days for your items to be properly designed, printed and shipped to your location. Please keep in mind that any delays in artwork submission or proof approval may cause delays. Once ordered, you can use our "Track your order" option, located at the top of our website, to track the delivery status of your order.

Artwork FAQs

Can I see a sample of how my artwork will look like on my chosen item before placing my order?

By using the Design Studio software that you will find a link to on most of our items, you can view a virtual preview of what your artwork will look like, even before placing your order. Once the order has been placed and payment has been received, our diligent team of artists will take your submitted design, artwork, image, or logo, and prepare a proof-this will be sent to you, via email within 24 hours of the placed order, for your final confirmation and approval. Please note that any delay in proof approval may result in a delay with production.

Do I need to have artwork ready for when I order?

Preferably, yes. But if you don't have it yet, you may still upload your artwork after you have placed your order. Can I have my multi-colored logo printed in just one color?

Yes, we can alter the design that you send us into the color of your choice.

Can I have the logo itself altered?

Yes, we can alter your logo or artwork for you. Kindly tell us how you would like it changed, and our Art Department will work with you to refine the image. Our trained and skilled graphic artists can accommodate these changes to make sure that you get the exact imprint that you want on your chosen products.

What different formats can my artwork be in so you can use it?

Kindly submit your artwork in any of the following: illustrator .eps, ai, .ps, .pdf, photoshop .psd 300 resolution, high quality jpeg 300, tif 300 resolution, gif 300 resolution, or freehand 10. If the format that you have is not from any of those previously mentioned, please contact the Art Department at art@branders.com. Also, if possible, please have your fonts flattened, and your artwork vectorized.

Can you match the colors that are on my logo or artwork?

The Art team and the Production team always work closely with our customers to ensure the highest quality in color-matching as possible. Keep in mind that it is possible for the color of the item to cause the color of the print to vary, thus we cannot guarantee a 100% match in color.


I ordered 3 colors, only received 2. Talked to the sales rep to get this sorted out weeks ago, he has yet to respond. very dissapointed.




The product was great - it was true to its description and the imprint was the perfect size and color.
